Healing Stress in the Childbearing Year with Nkem Ndefo
March 26 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Join us for this specific focus TRE workshop addressing the concerns of women during the childbearing year. TRE is a gentle set of exercises that turns on your body’s innate rebalancing process—providing an immediate experience of relaxation. Research shows that stress in mothers before, during, and after pregnancy has a tangible and long-lasting effect on your children. Learn how TRE can help you address the many stressors of childbearing. Develop a self-care practice that benefits not only mom but baby and family as well.
In this workshop, you’ll learn to use TRE to let go of stress and old patterning. The exercises work for all body types, are easily adaptable, and are safe for pregnancy and post-partum. Once you’ve learned TRE, you can practice it independently, at your convenience. Empower your body to heal itself, and open up to a greater sense of joy and wholeness.
People in more than 100 countries use TRE®. Join them to experience documented benefits, including:
- Release of chronic tension and emotional or physical trauma
- Increased energy and stamina
- Relief from body aches, including back pain, headaches, and TMJ
- Improved sleep
