Mindfulness & TRE with Pierre-Etienne Vannier
May 28 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm$50.00
Join us to learn how to add meditation to your TRE practice, or TRE to your meditation practice!
During this experiential workshop, you will be introduced to different mind-body practices, including mind-based approaches (mindfulness meditation, clinical hypnosis, and therapeutic guided imagery), and somatic approaches (Tension Release Exercises). These modalities can help you reduce stress and anxiety, improve your sleep, your ability to focus, and your overall quality of life without requiring costly interventions and suffering from potential side effects. We will be discussing concepts around psychoneuroimmunology (how your mind impacts your nervous and immune system) and how understanding these concepts can help you improve your own health.
Learn the benefits, and then experience how these modalities work synergistically to supercharge your wellness practice and increase benefits without having to spend more time on it.
