Stacey asked me to participate in her certification process and, although I was very skeptical at first, I still tried it. After experiencing the therapeutic tremor, I was convinced of the benefits of doing TRE. I have since attended several group shakes and truly enjoy it; as I participate and practice TRE on a regular basis, I have noticed a difference in myself. TRE is an excellent source for stress management. Stacey is an amazing instructor, and I am grateful to her for introducing me to TRE.
After talking to Stacey about my stress over my daily grind (3 kids, a husband, 3 dogs, and running my own business), she recommended I try TRE to reduce the stress that I carry around with me. Stacey is absolutely wonderful! She really takes the time to explain how your body deals with trauma and how the TRE technique can release that stress and trauma from your body. Stacey is an incredibly knowledgeable instructor. After one session, I could feel the clenching of my jaw was gone, and the tight pinching along my shoulders had disappeared. You won't go wrong attending one of her classes!
