Introduction workshop series – Best for those ready to start and develop a TRE® practice with professional support and guidance. Includes 3 sessions which explore the physical, mental, emotional, and relational effects of stress and trauma; TRE® movement sequence instruction and practice; mindfulness reflection; and generous time for questions and discussion.
Intermediate workshop series – Best for those who want to deepen their existing TRE® practice or who want to break through a practice plateau. The series can be repeated to maximize TRE®’s healing potential. Includes 3 sessions with extended supervised TRE® practice opportunities and ample time for questions and discussion.
Full workshop series – Get off to a strong start and access the full TRE® experience by combining the introduction and intermediate workshop series. Research shows that 6-10 weeks of supervised TRE® practice produces lasting positive changes.
Intermediate/Advanced Drop-in Groups – Best for those with a regular TRE® practice who do not need instruction. Drop-in groups are unfacilitated. Practicing in community allows for a deeper experience than can be achieved independently.
Single session – Best for those with straightforward stress-reduction needs, or for those with an established TRE® practice who need professional guidance to break through a practice plateau.

I have struggled with depression, PTSD, and many other mental and physical issues for more than 35 years. This process has been instrumental in my self-healing, and allowed my body to physically release tension and trauma so gently! I used to take a lot of medicine: 60 mg of Prozac, 150mg of Wellbutrin, 10mg of Xanax, 50mg of Trazodone, 5mg of Ambien; now, because of TRE and my supporting inner work, I am only taking 20mg of Prozac medication.
